Deposits & cancellations
All reservations require payment at the time of booking. Payments are 50% refundable up until two months prior to the booking, and 25% refundable up until one month prior to the booking. If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of making the booking, we will refund 100% of your payment. Our policy for major holidays and event weekends is a two-night minimum stay. Please note that taxes and local fees apply to room rates and will be collected when checking-out along with any incidental fees, such as room service.
When you book online with us, our system keeps your card on file to cover any room charges and damage. Missing items or damage to furniture, linens, and other property will be assessed and then billed to the customer at our replacement cost, which may include labor costs. We will always try to be transparent in our communication about damage to rooms. Keep in mind that excessively soiled linens, carpets, and furniture will be included as damages.
