Our Favorite Moments:

  1. SPIRITUAL SYCHRONICITY

Spenser and Nick’s wedding ceremony felt deeply connected to nature and tradition, a celebration both sacred and wild. Before the ceremony, their officiant, lovingly nicknamed Coyote, held a smudging ritual that filled the air with the earthy scent of sage and sweetgrass, cleansing the space and inviting blessings for the couple’s union. During the ceremony, Coyote draped a handwoven blanket around the couple’s shoulders, symbolizing a protective, warm, and communal embrace. As the ceremony ended, whispers of delight broke out as the guests realized a moose had also been present at the gathering. The moment felt like an affirmation from the natural world, a reminder that love, ritual, and the wild heart of the earth were all woven together.

2. CHEETAH PRINT + PUMPKINS

The reception radiated playful warmth and personal charm, with tables adorned with bold cheetah-print runners handcrafted by the groom himself —a testament to his dedication and creativity. The couple also collected pumpkins of every size and shape from a local pumpkin farm, which were scattered throughout the Wyman Hotel, their warm orange hues contrasting beautifully with the sleek, patterned fabric and adding a cozy glow to the reception's also moody, rich vibes.

3. WHEN BOOKS + PUNK COLLIDE

Spenser and Nick are a perfect collision of worlds, a celebration of love that honors both quiet intellect and rebellious spirit. The bride moved gracefully down the aisle in a classic, flowing gown, a small stack of her favorite novels tied with a ribbon at her bouquet, while the groom waited with a leather jacket over his crisp suit, a subtle streak of color in his hair hinting at his punk rock roots. The ceremony blended tradition and irreverence: vows were read with literary references and playful sarcasm, and the music shifted seamlessly from string quartets to electric guitar riffs. Guests cheered as the couple shared a kiss that felt like a promise to embrace both the serene and the wild in their life together, proving that love doesn’t follow rules—it writes its own story.
