This February and March, Half Eaten Cookie Hospitality's Bryan Dayton will be teaming up with Shane Fuhrman of the Wyman Hotel in Silverton, Colorado, for a series of collaborative pop-up experiences. Silverton - a 6-hour drive from Denver's city center - is the ultimate destination for a winter weekend getaway, blending mountain town ruggedness with Wild West charm. New to the scene, the Wyman boutique hotel is located on Silverton's main street in a 1902 landmarked building that has been reimagined for the modern generation of artists, creatives, and adventurers - the perfect complement to Dayton's award-winning portfolio of restaurants. The pop-up series kicks off February 8.
